11-3-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed in this section:
   RESIDENT OF THE VILLAGE: Includes a corporation or any business entity having its principal place of business in the Village as well as a person residing within the Village limits.
   SENIOR CITIZEN: A person who has attained sixty two (62) years of age as of July 1 of the sticker licensing term. (Ord. 2019-37, 8-7-2019)
