1-20-2: DEFERRED PAYMENT:

The village may waive payment of their fee at the time the materials or services are delivered. Provided, in such event, the individual or business receiving such material or service shall be required to pay such fee within thirty (30) days. (Ord. 11-26, 9-20-2011)
