For the purposes of this chapter, whenever the following terms appear, they shall have the following meaning unless a different meaning is clear from the context:
DONATION BOX: Any receptacle or container located outside of an enclosed building designed, intended, or used for collection and storage of donated items or materials.
PAPER RECYCLING BOX: A donation box specifically designed for the collection and temporary storage of paper products to be recycled. (Ord. 11-32, 12-6-2011)
