8-22-8: INJUNCTIONS:
The village of Worth through its corporation counsel or any individual personally affected by repeated violations may institute, in a circuit court, an action to enjoin violations of this chapter or the act. (Ord. 09-25, 10-6-2009, eff. 1-1-2010)
