A. The Worth police department shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and may assess fines pursuant to section 8-22-7 of this chapter.
B. Any person may register a complaint with the Worth police department for a violation of this chapter. In addition any person may register a complaint with the department of public health or a state certified local public health department for a violation of the smoke free Illinois act, 410 Illinois Compiled Statutes 82/1 et seq.
