A. No person shall manage, conduct, operate or carry on the business of a veterinary hospital without first having obtained a license therefor 1 . (1970 Code §6.34)
B. Any person desiring to conduct, carry on or operate a "veterinary hospital", as defined in this chapter, shall make a written application to the village clerk for a license to do so, which shall conform to the general requirements of title 3, chapter 1 of this code relating to applications for licenses. Such application shall be filed with the village clerk who shall thereupon transmit it to the department of public health. (1970 Code §6.35)
