8-3-11: LUMBER STORAGE:
No lumber shall be piled, for the purpose of storage, seasoning or drying the same, within fifty feet (50') of any planing mill or woodworking manufactory, nor within one hundred feet (100') of any private residence, unless within a lumberyard belonging to a person duly licensed to keep the same, and when such building has been erected since the establishment, of such yard.
