8-3-9: GAS TANKS AND RESERVOIRS:

No gas tank or reservoir shall be located within five hundred feet (500') of any building used in the Village for church, public or parochial school purposes. Such a structure so located and maintained is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. (1970 Code §28.18)
