The following acts shall constitute nuisances:
A. To locate and carry on, without having obtained permission of the President and Board of Trustees to do so, any packinghouse or rendering plant within the limits of the Village, or within the distance of one mile without the limits of the Village. (1970 Code §28.8)
B. To slaughter or kill any animals or keep or maintain or use any house or place in which the business of slaughtering any such animals may be carried on in the Village. (1970 Code §28.10; amd. 1995 Code)
