6-5-1: WORKING DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
   A.   Before considering the approval of the final plat for any subdivision, the village board will require that complete working drawings and specifications be submitted for those improvements requested at the time of conditional approval of the preliminary layout.
   B.   The subdivider shall have working drawings and specifications for improvements prepared by a registered professional engineer retained by the subdivider. The engineer shall be other than the village engineer. (1970 Code §35.64)
   C.   Under either option, all working drawings, specifications and cost estimates shall be checked by the village engineer or by a consulting firm duly retained by the village. The subdivider shall reimburse the village for preparation and for checking of working drawings, specifications and cost estimates in accordance with section 6-5-11 of this chapter. This subsection shall not apply to small subdivisions.
   D.   Working drawings and specifications shall be in strict accordance with village standards and requirements and shall be subject to written approval by the village engineer. This subsection shall not apply to small subdivisions. (Ord. 02-08, 6-5-2002)
