6-4-10: BLOCKS:
   A.   Length Of Blocks: Blocks shall not exceed one thousand two hundred feet (1,200') in length nor be less than two hundred fifty feet (250') in length; blocks longer than eight hundred feet (800') in length may be required to have crosswalks. (1970 Code §35.48)
   B.   Blocks For Industrial And Commercial Use: Blocks intended for industrial or commercial use shall be designed specifically for such purpose, with adequate space set aside for off street parking and loading and meet minimum requirements for parking. (1970 Code §35.49)
   C.   Blocks On Major Streets: It is preferred that blocks adjacent to major streets be so arranged that the long dimension of the block be parallel to the major street and that lots do not front on or have access to the major street. Where this arrangement is not feasible, marginal access streets may be required. (1970 Code §35.50)
