6-4-1: CONFORMITY:
   A.   The subdivision shall conform to all ordinance requirements and comprehensive plans for the development of the village and shall not encroach upon areas planned for future public facilities. (1970 Code §35.21)
   B.   If a suggested plan for the neighborhood or area in which the tract to be subdivided is located has been made by the real estate development board, the street layout of the subdivision shall be in general conformance thereto. (1970 Code §35.27)
