6-3-5: FINAL PLAT ACCEPTABLE FOR RECORDING:
Approval of the final plat by the real estate development board and the village board shall be null and void if the plat is not acceptable for recording in the office of the recorder of deeds of the county of Cook. (1970 Code §35.20)
