6-3-4: ACTION ON FINAL PLAT:
The real estate development board will communicate in writing to the subdivider its disapproval or recommendation for approval of the final plat, together with the reasons therefor, within sixty (60) days after the date on which application for such approval is made. If the real estate development board approves the final plat, such approval will be entered upon the tracings by signature of the chairman. The tracings shall then be transmitted to the board of trustees by the real estate development board with recommendation for village board approval. Upon approval by village board action the tracings shall be signed by the president and the village clerk and the village seal affixed. Approval by the village board shall be by resolution setting forth all conditions upon which approval is predicated. The original tracing shall be recorded with the appropriate officials of the county of Cook, and after recording a certified copy shall be returned to the village and filed by the clerk. The signed duplicate tracing shall be returned to the real estate development board for filing. Appropriate notifications shall be given the real estate development board and the subdivider advising board approval or disapproval. If the plat is disapproved, the tracings are to be returned to the real estate development board with a statement of the reasons. (1970 Code §35.19)
