6-3-2: DOCUMENTS TO ACCOMPANY FINAL PLAT:
Twelve (12) copies of the final plat shall be submitted and it shall be accompanied by documents including the following:
   A.   Two (2) copies of working drawings and specifications for improvements.
   B.   Two (2) copies of restrictions to be incorporated into deeds or covenants to be recorded with the plat to be approved by the village attorney. (1970 Code §35.83)
