A. Any party aggrieved by a decision of the real estate development board may, within fifteen (15) days thereafter, appeal therefrom to the board of trustees of the village and he shall file with the real estate development board a written notice of appeal specifying the decision from which such appeal is taken.
B. Upon receiving notice of appeal, the real estate development board shall transmit to the board of trustees a certified copy of the minutes in the case upon which the appeal is taken. (1970 Code §35.6)
