The real estate development board shall hold at least one public hearing on any proposed subdivision. The village clerk shall publish notice of the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the village not more than thirty (30) days nor less than fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing. The notice shall contain the date, time and place of the hearing and information regarding the location and nature of the proposed subdivision. Supplemental notices of continued hearings shall be published in the real estate development board's discretion. (Ord. 93-11, 7-6-1993)
