A. This title shall be applicable to all subdivisions and resubdivisions of unimproved land and areas subject to redevelopment within the corporate limits of the village and contiguous unincorporated territory not more than one and one- half (11/2) miles beyond the corporate limits of the village and not included in any other municipality. B. Authority for the administration of this title, to schedule dates for public hearings and to set agendas, shall be vested in the real estate development board. (Ord. 93-11, 7-6-1993)
