6-1-1: TITLE:

The regulations contained in this title shall be referred to officially as the SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE VILLAGE OF WORTH, ILLINOIS, and the term "regulations" or "subdivision regulations" when used in this title shall mean and shall have the force and effect of ordinance provisions of the village. (1970 Code §35.4)
