1-7-1: APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CLERK:
The village clerk is hereby authorized to appoint one deputy clerk to have the powers and duties specified in 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3.1-30-10. (1970 Code §2.25A)
