10-13-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to provide a fair and efficient method of determining the eligibility of applicants for the benefits enumerated under the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (PSEBA) . All benefits provided applicants pursuant to PSEBA will be consistent with PSEBA. (Ord. 2017-23, 9-5-2017)
