The raffle manager will provide a Fidelity Bond in an amount not less than the anticipated gross receipts of each raffle. Terms of the Fidelity Bond shall be given in writing to the Village Clerk not less than thirty (30) days prior to its cancellation. The Village Clerk may waive this provision upon written request of the organization applying for such a waiver and an assurance that the organization applying for this waiver requests such upon the affirmative vote of the requisite number of members of the organization's governing board or, if the organization does not have members, of members of the governing board of the organization, to constitute an affirmative action of the organization.
