The Village Clerk or her designee, within thirty (30) days after receipt of an application to conduct a raffle as provided for herein, shall evaluate and either approve or disapprove of said application. Any failure of the Village Clerk or her designee to act within said thirty (30) day period shall be deemed to be a decision disapproving the application. The decision of the Village Clerk or her designee shall be a final decision pursuant to the Administrative Review Act. (Ord. 2017-25, 9-5-2017)
