Each license issued by the Village is valid for the conducting of only one raffle. A series of raffles conducted by a single organization as a continuous raffle within a single calendar year will be considered one raffle for the purpose of issuance of a license. Chances for a raffle may be sold every day during a calendar year. (Ord. 2017-25, 9-5-2017)
