3-25-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person shall conduct a raffle as defined in the Raffles and Poker Runs Act (230 ILCS 15/1, et seq.) within the Village unless such raffle is licensed by the Village in accordance with the rules and regulations described in this Chapter. (Ord. 2017-25, 9-5-2017; Ord. 2019-47, 9-17-2019)
