1-5-4: ORAL ARGUMENT IN CERTAIN CASES:
   A.   In cases involving ordinances of the village which the real estate development board has reported to the president and board of trustees for its action, oral argument will be heard on behalf of all parties who shall state to the president and board of trustees their intention to argue such cause orally.
   B.   Where the cause is argued orally by both the petitioner and the objectors, the time allowed for oral argument shall be as determined by the president and trustees. (1970 Code §2.10)
