3-3-2: LOCATION:

No person shall conduct or participate in a picnic on publicly-owned property in any place other than a picnic ground. Conducting or participating in a picnic on publicly-owned property other than a picnic ground is hereby declared to be a nuisance and unlawful. (Ord. 2020-27, 7-21-2020)
