3-3-1: DEFINITIONS:

PICNIC: Includes a pleasure party where food is available and is eaten in the open air or under a shelter house commonly found at a picnic ground or under shelter which serves the purpose of such shelter houses.

PICNIC GROUND: Includes any publicly-owned property designated by the village for picnic use. (1970 Code §5.23; amd. Ord. 2020-27, 7-21-2020)
