2-13-1: PURPOSE AND CREATION:

There is hereby created a real estate development board of the village of Worth. The real estate development board shall have the powers and duties vested by state law and/or village ordinance in the zoning board of appeals and the plan commission. On July 1, 2004, the real estate development board shall replace and supersede the existing zoning board of appeals and plan commission, which are hereby abolished. (Ord. 2014-07, 2-4-2014)
