1337.01 PURPOSE.

   This chapter sets forth the method of obtaining a trade contractor's registration as required under Sections 1321.06, 1331.06 and 1335.06.

1337.02 PURPOSE OF REGISTRATION.

   A contractor's registration grants authority to a person, firm, corporation or partnership to perform all work or to engage in the business of performing all work within the scope of individual trades as enumerated in Sections 1321.03, 1331.03 and 1335.03.
