1335.03 SCOPE.
   This Code applies to all heating and ventilating conducted within the corporate limits of the City. Heating and ventilating shall be deemed to mean the profession, art or trade of, and all work done and materials used in:
   (a)   Introducing, maintaining and extending a supply of heat through a pipe or pipes or any appurtenances thereof in a building, lot, premises or establishment.
   (b)    Installing, connecting or repairing any system of heating whereby water, air or energy, vapor or fluid is used to conduct, radiate or convect through a pipe or other conductor to warm, cool or ventilate on public or private property.
   (c)    Ventilating any building room or area or appurtenance connected therewith.
   (d)    Connecting any building, lot, premises or establishment with any heating or cooling source.
   (e)    Performing all classes of work generally done by a heating or ventilating contractor. (Ord. 1973-73. Passed 6-15-73.)
