4.13.6: PERMIT APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
   A.   Any rental unit owner who is required to apply for a permit pursuant to this chapter must obtain a permit to be eligible to offer for rent any rental unit within the City of Woodstock. Permits are issued to rental unit owners and not to individual rental units.
   B.   Permits shall be conditioned on acceptable inspections demonstrating rental unit compliance (of both the interior and exterior) with all applicable provisions of the City's Code.
   C.   Within two (2) weeks of receipt of a completed permit application required by the City, the City's Department of Building and Zoning shall schedule an inspection of all rental units owned by the applicant.
   D.   If the permit application is incomplete, or the applicant does not meet the requirements of the permitting process within sixty (60) days of the submittal date, the application will be canceled, and applicant must re-apply.
   E.   Permits must be renewed annually unless a permit holder can demonstrate that they have become exempt from the City's permit requirements. Permit renewals shall be filed at least forty five (45) days prior to any existing permit expiration date. (Ord. 22-O-46, 9-6-2022)
