The fee for an outdoor seating permit, due upon issuance of a permit, shall be as follows:
A. Use of any public sidewalk or parkway areas: Fifty cents ($0.50) per square foot; and/or
B. Use of any public parking space: One dollar ($1.00) per square foot (note: a typical perpendicular parking stall measures a minimum of nine feet (9') wide by eighteen feet (18') long, or one hundred sixty two (162) square feet, and a typical parallel parking stall measures a minimum of ten feet (10') wide by twenty three feet (23') long, or two hundred thirty (230) square feet.
