A. No person, firm or corporation shall use any portion of the public right-of-way under the jurisdiction of the City for outdoor seating, as defined herein, without first obtaining an outdoor seating permit.
B. Permits will be issued only to businesses owning or leasing property immediately adjacent to City-owned public right-of-way.
C. Applications for outdoor seating permits may be submitted to the City beginning on March 1 of each calendar year.
D. Permits are valid beginning April 15 and shall expire on October 15 of the same calendar year.
E. No permit shall be issued to any business which is not in compliance with all other provisions of the City's Code. (Ord. 23-O-15, 2-21-2023)
