3.2.7.5: FAILURE TO PAY TAX:
Any violation of this Section 3-2-7 will be punishable in the manner prescribed by Title 3, Chapter 2, Article A of the City Code, the Local Government Taxpayer Bill of Rights. It will be deemed a violation of this Section 3-2-7 for any person knowingly to furnish false or inaccurate information as required herein. (Ord. 19-O-106, 12-18-2019)
