3.2.7.4: REVENUE TO BE USED FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS AND TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS:
The revenue produced by the tax imposed in this Section 3-2-7 shall be used for road improvements and for other transportation infrastructure projects. (Ord. 19-O-106, 12-18-2019)
