7.3.4: INSPECTIONS:
   A.   Right To Enter Premises: Any person charged with the enforcement of this chapter, or any law in force in the city applicable to the same subject matter, shall have the right to enter upon any building site, premises, property or grounds, or into any building under construction, repair or alteration or removal, or into any building alleged to be unsanitary or a menace to the health, at all reasonable hours upon showing his badge or other credentials of office, and no person shall interfere with him in the performance of such duties.
   B.   Notice Of Inspection: When the plumbing is roughed in and ready for inspection, the plumber doing the work, or his agent, shall request that said work be inspected by the inspector of plumbing. No plumbing work shall be enclosed until the inspector of plumbing has made the required inspection and has passed such work as being in conformity with this chapter. The inspector of plumbing shall make his inspection within twenty four (24) business hours after receiving notice that the work is ready for inspection. (Ord. 10-O-51, 11-16-2010)
