A. Owner Installation: An owner may personally install plumbing in his own building without a plumber's license. All plumbing installed by the owner shall comply with the requirements of this chapter, and in such event the word "owner" shall be substituted for the word "plumber" throughout this chapter.
B. Workmanship: Workmanship shall be of such character as fully to secure the results sought, and to promote health and safety from disease. (Ord. 10-O-51, 11-16-2010)
