6.2.5: HOURS FOR CITY PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS, PUBLIC FACILITIES AND PUBLIC GROUNDS:
   A.   Emricson Park: It shall be unlawful for any person to be present in Emricson Park between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. or not more than fifteen (15) minutes following the completion of a City approved recreational activity (whichever is later) and five o'clock (5:00) A.M.    B.   Sesquicentennial Park And Park In The Square: It shall be unlawful for any person to remain in Sesquicentennial Park or Park in the Square between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. or not more than fifteen (15) minutes following the completion of a City approved recreational activity (whichever is later) and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. Pedestrian traffic is allowed during prohibited hours provided that pedestrians traverse the park without stopping or loitering. (Ord. 15-O-55, 9-15-2015)
   C.   Public Facilities And Public Grounds: In addition to any prescribed hours for any public park, it shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or use any individual public facilities (including those within City parks or playgrounds and on public grounds) or public grounds (outside of City parks) in excess of four (4) hours in any twenty four-hour period unless such use or occupancy is associated with a City authorized event or program.
   D.   All Other: Unless otherwise specifically provided for in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to be present in or on any park, playground, public facility and public grounds within the City between dusk and dawn or not more than fifteen (15) minutes following the completion of a City-approved activity (whichever is later) and five o'clock (5:00) A.M.
