Pursuant to 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/20-204 of the Illinois vehicle code, the city adopts and incorporates by reference all paragraphs and sections of the Illinois vehicle code and subsequent amendments, excluding chapter 12, as if fully set forth herein as the city of Woodstock vehicle code. The section numbers used in the Illinois vehicle code shall be identical to those section numbers in the city of Woodstock vehicle code. (Ord. 16-O-17, 3-15-2016)
