3.22.10: EFFECT AND REPEAL:
This chapter shall be in effect on January 1, 2020. Following the first twelve (12) months this chapter is in effect, the City's Environmental, and Cultural & Social Awareness Commissions shall review the program and shall provide a report to the City Council, no later than July 1, 2021, to allow the City Council to determine whether to alter, replace or repeal the program.
