Any person or retail establishment that violates any provision of this article shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of Title 1, Chapter 4 of the Woodstock City Code and shall be responsible for the cost of the City's reasonable attorney fees. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Ord. 19-O-75, 9-17-2019)
