3.22.5: REUSABLE BAGS:
A retail establishment may provide reusable bags to its customers for the purpose of enabling the customer to carry away goods from the point of sale. The fee imposed pursuant to Section 3.22.2 above shall not apply to reusable bags. (Ord. 19-O-75, 9-17-2019)
