If for any reason any fee is not paid when due by a retail establishment, a penalty at the rate of two percent (2%) per month on the amount of the fee which remains unpaid shall be due and owing in addition to other penalties authorized by this chapter. (Ord. 19-O-75, 9-17-2019)
