SCHEDULE VI. DESIGNATION OF SNOW ROUTES.

   In accordance with § 71.08 and when signs are erected and each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets described in this schedule following a snowstorm of two inches accumulation or more until said streets have been cleared of snow. The Police Department is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to remove any vehicle which is parked in violation of this schedule.
