When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle or allow a motor vehicle to remain parked, upon any of the streets described in Chapter 76, Schedule VI following a snow storm of two inches of accumulation or more until said streets have been cleared of snow. The Police Department is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to remove any vehicle which is parked in violation of this section.
