739.05 MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARY LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall operate a medical marijuana dispensary without a valid medical marijuana dispensary license issued by the Village pursuant to this chapter.

(b) Any person who violates subsection (a) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. (Ord. 2021-42. Passed 8-4-21.)
