CHARTER OF THE

VILLAGE OF WOODMERE, OHIO

   We, the people of the Village of Woodmere, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, in order to secure the benefits of municipal home rule and local self-government under the Constitution and Laws of the State of Ohio, do hereby adopt this Charter.
