(a) All owners of property abutting on Chagrin Boulevard and Brainard Roads, east and west within the Municipal limits, shall provide sidewalks. On corner lots each sidewalk shall be extended to the curb and ramped for easy wheelchair access. Sidewalks shall be ramped at all driveway cuts for easy wheelchair access.
(b) If any property owner shall not provide sidewalks within sixty days of notice to do so, weather permitting, the Village shall provide the sidewalks, and the properties affected shall be assessed for the costs thereof.
