(a) No person or company shall plow snow in the Village with a vehicle, on the property of another, without first obtaining a permit from the Village and paying an annual fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for residential snow plowing and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for commercial snow plowing. (b) Snow shall not be plowed onto or across a public street or plowed onto a tree lawn or within ten feet of a street curb or edge of pavement of a public street.
(c) Any person or company found violating this Section shall have its permit revoked or suspended by the Mayor, who shall provide an opportunity for a hearing on request, in addition to any other penalty.
